Step 1: Create a Folder name'PRIVATE' inside of folder you wish to store your content.
Step 2: Now open'Note Pad' or some other'Text Editor'. Don't forget to make that notepad file out that folder.
Step 3: Copy the below code (the actual code that helps to achieve the functionality) and paste it in that Note Pad file by typing your password in “MY_PASSWORD”.

Step 4: Now save this document as “LOCKER.BAT”. Be sure to use right extensions.
Step 5: After you did that delete your Notepad document. The job will be done using batch file so no need of notepad file.
Step 6: Now run that LOCKER.BAT file and you'll find a command prompt window. In there Press ‘Y' to lock the folder (which refers to yes). But one thing you have to remember is this process is needed everytime you view your files.You have to enter password everytime you want to access or view files.
